Homeloans Ltd reduce their 1yr, 2yr and 3yr Fixed Rates for ProSmart and SMSF ProSmart.

ANZ increases the initial interest rates on their Special 6 month, 12 month and 18 month Fixed Products.

Heritage Bank has reduced their initial interest rates on a range of 1yr, 2yr and 3yr Fixed products.  These rates refer to owner occupied, investment and investment interest only.

Adelaide Bank, Homeloans Ltd, Nationalcorp and Pioneer Mortgage Services have all increased their Fixed Rate products.

Resimac Home Loans is a new addition to your Maxcap servicing tool.  The newly built servicing calculator now allows you to complete a product based serviceability calculation Resimac Home Loan products.  A big thank you to Anuradha, our newest team member at Finware who is quickly learning the intricacies of Maxcap and lender servicing.

The NZ Cooperative Bank has increased their low equity interest rate premiums to reflect the increased costs associated with offering low equity lending.

NZ lender, SBS has increased the initial interest rates on some of their Fixed Rates today.

Westpac Low Equity Margins (LEM) increases as follows:

LVR 80.01% to 85.00% increase to 0.05% LEM
LVR 85.01% to 90.00% increase to 0.09% LEM
LVR 90.01% to 95.00% increases to 1.25% LEM
LVR 95.00% + increases to 1.5% LEM

CBA has made a few small changes today to their 2yr and 3yr Fixed products.
