ASB and Sovereign Stay Competitive
Effective 28th November, ASB and Sovereign both reduced their one and three year special fixed rates by up to 14 basis points. They also introduced an 18 month special fixed rate of 5.7 percent per annum.
Only home loans equal to or less than 80% LVR are eligible for the special fixed rates, and other lending criteria, terms and conditions apply.
