Effective 24th November, Heritage Bank offered special discount rates for their Standard Variable and Discount Variable products.

For new home loans of $150,000 or more a special discount of 0.60% p.a. will apply to the Discount Variable rate for home loans less than or equal to 80 percent LVR, and a special discount of 0.95 percent will apply to the Standard Variable rate.
