New Zealand Lenders Drops Fixed Rates
This week two lenders dropped their fixed rates.
Effective 25th November, ANZ reduced their six month to five year fixed rates by up to 40 basis points, and reduced their one year and three year fixed rate specials by 10 basis points. In addition, ANZ introduced a new 18 month fixed rate special of 5.70% per annum. Terms and conditions, and lending criteria apply to these rates.
Effective 26th November, The Cooperative Bank reduced their one year and three year fixed rates by up to 10 basis points.
