Effective 6th June ASB introduced a five year fixed rate housing special of 6.85% p.a., and reduced their two year fixed rate special to 5.85% p.a.

ASB’s fixed rate specials can be applied to new and existing home lending where there is a minimum of 20% equity in the security property, that is, an LVR of 80% or less.

The rate specials cannot be applied to package or other ASB discounts and remains subjects to conditions.
