Homeloans Ultra 2 Year Fixed Rates
Effective 19th May, Homeloans reduced their Ultra 2 year fixed rates by 0.05% p.a.
Note: For full doc loans where the loan facility LVR is less than or equal to 80% and the total loan amount is greater than or equal to $200,000 an interest rate discount of -0.10% will apply.
For Lo Doc loans where the loan facility LVR is less than or equal to 60% an interest rate discount of -0.20% will apply.
If up to 50% of the total loan facility is fixed an interest rate discount of -0.15% will apply to both full doc and lo doc loans.
A combination discount of the above is also available.
This means the Homeloans Ultra Plus 2 Year fixed rate Combo loan at 80% LVR is available from 4.84%.
