ASB New Living Costs
To remain relevant to the changing home lending market ASB updated the Monthly Living Costs used to calculate a borrower’s UMI.
This change is reflected in ASB’s home loan application and will align our Monthly Living Cost with the latest Consumer Price Index.
Effective Thursday, 27th March, ASB will apply new Monthly Living Costs when calculating UMI.
